सरकार ने कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (EPFO) के कर्मचारियों को दिवाली से पहले सबसे बड़ा गिफ्ट दिया है। ईपीएफओ के 'बी' और 'सी' श्रेणी के कर्मचारियों को 60 दिन का दिवाली बोनस दिया जाएगा। इसे लेकर श्रम मंत्रालय की तरफ से अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई है। अधिसूचना के मुताबिक ग्रुप बी और ग्रुप सी के कर्मचारियों को प्रोडक्टिविटी लिंक्ड बोनस (PLB) स्कीम के तहत 60 दिन का बोनस दिया जाएगा।

ईपीएफओ कर्मचारियों को इतना मिलेगा बोनस

सरकार ने 60 दिन का बोनस देने का निर्णय लिया है। ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि इससे प्रत्येक कर्मचारी को औसतन 7000 रुपये की बोनस मिलेगा। ये बोनस एक फॉर्मूले के तहत निकाला जाता है। प्रोडक्टि्विटी लिंक्ड बोनस के तहत 25 फीसदी राशि कर्मचारी के सैलरी एकाउंट और बाकी पीएफ अकाउंट में जाएगी।
